PNK — Positional Neuro-Kinesiology
A technique Dr. Fife developed himself. PNK reads how position, the nervous system and movement interact, so treatment starts from the actual source of the complaint rather than the spot that hurts.
Sports medicine chiropractic built around recovery and performance — find the weak link, treat it, then train it so it holds. Dr. Fife sees everyone from newborns to hundred-year-olds, with a specialty in athletes.

Assessment comes first. What follows is the treatment and the training that actually fits the finding.

Hands-on and instrument work to settle the injury down.
Precise adjustments that restore joint motion and take pressure off the nervous system.
Targeted needling to release overactive muscle and trigger points that keep pulling things out of position.
Decompression of tight fascia and sore tissue to get blood flow back into a restricted area.
Acoustic pulses directed at stubborn tendon and soft-tissue problems that have stopped responding.
Deep sound-wave therapy used to warm tissue and calm inflammation before hands-on work.
Regenerative injections for joints and tendons that need more than manual therapy alone.
Elastic taping that supports a healing structure while still letting you train and compete.
Testing, coaching and recovery built to make the fix hold.

Reaction and first-step work, correcting the get-off step that decides most short-distance matchups.
Measured testing that finds asymmetries in how hard each side is working before they become pain.
Loaded, progressive work that rebuilds strength through the range you lost after an injury.
Prescribed mobility work aimed at the restrictions most likely to cause your next injury.
Coaching on how you actually move under load, so training builds you up instead of grinding you down.
Sports kinesiology to even out the side-to-side and front-to-back imbalances that drive overuse.
Iced and heated compression to flush the legs out between hard sessions and after competition.
Small-group sessions that put the corrective work into full movement patterns.

Dr. Fife founded Wasatch Wellness Chiropractic to build the kind of patient-centered clinic he had only seen pieces of elsewhere. The practice works through the nervous system to find the root cause of each case rather than chasing symptoms, and there is no cookie-cutter plan, because no two patients present the same way.
His background is built for sports medicine: a Doctorate of Chiropractic on top of a Master’s in Neuroscience and degrees in Kinesiology and Anatomy. That shapes how he works with athletes — test the system, find the weak link, treat it, then train it until it holds. He is currently pursuing his diplomate in sports medicine.

“Dr. Fife is the best of the best. This man released my TMJ and my neck pain for the first time in decades. He seems to have the touch with backs and all of the other joints.”
“I have had shoulder problems for years. Dr. Fife is the first doctor that is actually taking the time each appointment to make sure we get to the root of the problem instead of just a temporary solution.”
“I came in with pregnancy discomfort and was hesitant. Dr. Fife took the time to walk me through everything, and he changed my life. This pregnancy is less scary and far more comfortable.”
“Walked in and I could not move my neck and was unable to sleep for a week. Walked out feeling great.”
